I am from Carrollton, went Prince of Peace Christian School, graduated from Texas A&M University, and now am an elementary school teacher. My husband Logan and I live in Richardson with our two lab pups Harley and Piper! I love exercise and staying active! I started instructing fitness classes at the Texas A&M Rec Center and haven’t stopped since!I love how SPENGA combines the three essential pillars of fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility! It is so fun to push yourself in each part of the workout. I love inspiring members and watching them crush their goals! Fun fact: I have a big sweet tooth!

SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

REVIVE
Improve alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses. End this session with deep flexibility movements and a relaxing recovery. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session. 45 minutes.
