  • PWR REVIVE
  • PWR REVIVE is a higher intensity 45-minute yoga-style session incorporating light hand weights, blocks, and short plyometric bursts.

  • RIDE
  • 45-minute heart-pumping SPIN only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.

  • REP
  • 45-minute circuit-style STRENGTH only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.

  • 30/30/30
  • This is an amped up version of our signature Spin/Strength/Yoga session. Instead of 20 minutes of each, you're WERKin' for 30!
